The MoC is intended to promote collaboration between Camões Institute and JICA’s partner countries, especially Portuguese-speaking countries. With the conclusion of this MoC, President Tanaka and President Fernandes confirmed that they will work together to promote further international cooperation partnerships on the ground in Portuguese-speaking countries, such as Angola, Mozambique, and Timor-Leste, and to disseminate their efforts to realize more effective development cooperation at international conferences and other events.
